I would love to read some of your thoughts on the severe health consequences of uncontrollable obesity. The runaway diabetes, who’s medication is only making a fatty even fatter as their blood sugar spikes from the onslaught of processed sugars, and high fructose corn syrup. That would be hot to explore.

With regard to fetishizing health issues I am particular with it. Although I do thank both HFCS *and* artificial sweeteners for the assist with getting us into widespread super morbid obesity territory, that’s for sure. I mention them both because they work together, imo. People drink artificial sweeteners because they are trying to cut back on sugar, they actually cause you to crave sugar, most sugar available in the US at least is HFCS, no matter what anyone says HFCS is absolutely liquid obesity, just use your eyes. I both love the taste of Diet Coke and a self reinforcing loop that always gets people fatter :)

Most of my interests in the health realm revolve around enabling the extremely obese to stay that way and get bigger indefinitely for the maximum amount of time.

So that means if they have diabetes, how can we manage that such that they can keep gaining weight —

If they have heart problems how can we work around that to keep them getting fatter —

I find any type of assistive technology in this regard— mobility aids, oxygen, cranes, bariatric beds, slings— extremely hot. Anything that can extinguish all thought of “maybe I should turn back now” on the part of the feedee.

Needing multiple pieces of equipment and various medications and treatments so you can maintain a minimum 30k calorie a day lifestyle is totally possible and so I’m hoping to speed along making that normal.

It’s like, you’ll be fine, that’s what medicine and technology is for, babe. :*

but just to temper your expectations, at one point Lady says that ultimately, humans are the real monsters. Unironically.

Call me crazy, but I think the writers may have slightly misunderstood literally all of DMC

But hey, in the first episode it's implied Lucia is murdered by the government, so if any of you are still angry about DMC 2 there's that!

I would, without a second's hesitation, recommend the original anime over this to fans, to give you an idea of what we're working with here. And incidentally, the anime appears to be one of the only pieces of DMC canon the writers are familiar with, given that there are only 8 characters from existing DMC canon who appear in the show, and one of them is 1 minute cameo from Cindy the waitress from the anime. You know, popular DMC character Cindy.

(If you're not a DMC fan, it's not amazing, but it's a reasonably solid sci-fantasy action anime, with some decent fight scenes, and an odd but good soundtrack. there's better things you could watch, but you'll probably have fun with a least some of it if that's a genre you usually like)

(no I don't know why the fuck the DMC anime is a sci-fi show, given that's not what literally anyone wants from DMC. I guess it does have some precedent in the franchise, but it wasn't what anyone wanted when DMC 2 did it either!)

I hope the protoframes remain relevant even after this story arc for the Drifter concludes, but I also recognize how complicated things would get with how many characters they could keep trying to make stay relevant, leading to a Konoha 13 Naruto type situation where we have too many relevant characters from Umbra & Ordis all the way to Kaya Velasco.

SHIT i forgot to say this, so now i feel bad for making two posts about sick things in a row, but MY HAIR IS GROWING BACK bitchessss 😍

lmao, so before I started chemo, I had my hair cut to a crewcut type of style. So my hair was about 2 centimeters long. And then when it started falling out, I never shaved it to actually be bald. I just started shedding. All over my pillow. It was so annoying. So one night, I just pulled it all out (and no, it didn't hurt - imagine pulling a clump of hair from a husky dog during shedding season) and I dumped it on my bathroom floor (my mom cleaned it up the next day because I felt too sick lol). However there were a few strands that were, for whatever reason, fall-out resistant. I didn't pull those strands out (because pulling those out would've actually hurt), so I'm not technically bald. Do a google image search of "Eleanor bald Good Place" and you'll see what I mean lol. Anyway so I have a few strands of hair just like Eleanor's, which at this point are all about 5 centimeters long. But new hair is also growing, but it's just a stubble. So, check out this faaaabulous illustration of what my hair literally looks like in the mirror right now lmao:

It looks JUST as dorkish as my drawing lmao. Makes me laugh every time.
